Who is behind Warp Universal?
Steve Dowe is founder and company director of Warp Universal Limited. Since incorporating in 2001, the business has gone from strength to strength:

Steve is an experienced PHP developer, a Red Hat Certified Engineer and ISEB-certified software tester.
